Mum's Easter biscuit recipe

8 oz self raising flour
4 oz marg
4 oz sugar
1 egg
Grated lemon rind

Put Flour into bowl rub in Marg add Sugar & Lemon Rind and moiston with egg
Roll out and cut into rounds put on Tray and Bake for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with sugar
