Salmon and roast new potatoes

For the potatoes: one red chilli, one green chilli, chilli powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic.

For the salmon: salt and pepper.

Crispy garlic and chilli bits fried in oil, mix with the beans.

Roast chicken and oyster mushroom gravy

Roast the chicken on a layer of halved white onions. When cooked, run knife through the roasted onions and transfer to pan. Add Dijon mustard, pepper, cider vinegar, chicken stock, and a glass of Reisling. Cook for a few minutes, then add the halved oyster mushrooms.

Bass, tenderheart cabbage, and waxy potatoes

Taking it back to basics today.

Pan-fried bass fillet, salt, pepper. Butter on the cabbage and potatoes.
