Spicy whole roast chicken
Make a paste from:
Paprika, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric, honey, grapeseed oil, rapeseed oil, cloves.
Chop peppers and onion into strips and put them in the baking tray with some new potatoes. Serve with some cous cous.
Marsala Peaches
Marinate fruit in marsala wine, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Roast on a baking tray for 25 minutes.
